Hi, I'm Danette Miller, the owner and only real estate appraiser at Athena Appraisals. Athena Appraisals is the newest full service appraisal company located in Athens County.

To get some of my background, my parents were both raised in Athens County. My father and mother had five girls in which all of us were born and also raised in Athens. I know the Athens County area very well and I am also familiar with all the counties surrounding Athens. I graduated from Athens High school and went on to earn my real estate appraisal license.

I worked for another appraisal company in Athens from the beginning of 1998 until August of 2004, however after we had our first two boys it became necessary to re-structure my career so that it not only fit my professional work, but also my family's needs. This became the start of Athena Appraisals in September of 2004.
